今天,小豪跟大家分享甜甜圈的做法。不用泡打粉,不用高筋麵粉,材料都是一般家庭都會有的,做法非常簡單,而且還很好玩,家長可以在假日和孩子一起做當作親子活動。不用特地買模具,也不需要用到烤箱,只需要你們的一雙手罷了。成品的口感還非常柔軟。

***牛奶的分量要跟雞蛋配合。牛奶+雞蛋=170g。不同牌子的麵粉吸水性都不一樣。如果麵團太乾,可以適當增加5-10g的牛奶做調整。麵團越濕軟,甜甜圈的口感越鬆軟。 85g 340g

做法:

1.

除了牛油/黃油,其他的材料攪拌均勻。麵團很粘手,不需要用手揉,也不需要揉到光滑,休息20分鐘。

2.

加入牛油/黃油,用甩面的方式甩出光滑面。第一次醒發1-1.5小時(視環境的溫度而定)。

3.

醒發後的麵團排氣,搓成長條狀,分割成平等的10份。

4.

每個小麵團排氣整圓,中間戳一個洞,第二次醒發20-30分鐘(視環境的溫度而定)。

5.

麵團醒發好後,再稍微把中間的洞撐開,然後炸甜甜圈。

6.

下油鍋,兩面都先炸5秒鐘定型後翻面,炸至金黃色後出鍋。

7.

稍微放涼後粘白糖,趁熱享用。

Put in the frying pan, fry both sides for 5 seconds to set the shape, then turn over, fry until golden brown and then out of the pan.

7.

After a little cool, stick with sugar, and enjoy while it is hot.
