「蘭朵夏」是由簡單的食材組合而成,基本的四種為,蛋白、奶油、糖、麵粉做成的小型棒狀餅乾,由於形似貓的舌頭,所以法文原文Langue de chat的意思就是「貓咪的舌尖」。而使用貓舌餅的甜點中最廣為人知的就是北海道的白色戀人,正方形的餅乾中間夾上白巧克力的奶油餡,薄脆中又帶香甜濃鬱,讓人愛不釋手。
這次用貓舌餅的配方為基底去變化出椰子口味以及抹茶夾心口味,做法非常的簡單,成品也非常美味,非常值得一試喔。
Ps. 如想做原味的貓舌餅乾,可以將椰香口味的食譜去掉椰子粉即可。
「Langue de chat」is made of egg white, butter, sugar and flour. 「Langue de chat」in French means "The tip of the cat's tongue", because it look like a cat’s tongue. A well-known dessert 「Shiroi Koibito」that is filled with white chocolate cream filling. It tastes really great ! In this video, I made coconut flavor and the matcha flavor with matcha chocolate. The making process is easy. It is worth a try.
Ps. If you want to make original flavor, just remove the coconut flour from the coconut flavor recipe.
