This is a classic French style recipe which has rich flavor! Delicious and simple. Don't need to take it out and knock it ! In this video that I made it by three kinds of molds, please see the screen record at the end of this video and find some differences of texture and shape.
Mould: /Carbon steel mould / Non-stick mould / Copper mould

It's an idea that I have salted egg yolk left over from making mooncakes, therefore I tried to combine with Canele. It's surprising great! I also made an adult-like recipe with chocolate and matcha~ very delicious~
